Carol Anne Green

Carol Anne Green, 78, of Evanston, passed away June 11, 2024, at Rocky Mountain Care in Evanston.  Carol was born November 1, 1945, in El Paso, Texas to William Virgil and Ellen Margaret (McOmie) Green.  She was raised in Laramie, Wyoming where she graduated from high school.  She earned her nursing degree from Walla Walla Community College in Washington and spent many years working as a nurse.  

Carol was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting, coloring adult coloring books, embroidery and hiking.  She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and enjoyed being a visiting teacher.  

She is survived by her son, Robert Huff of Evanston; daughter, Jolene (Brian) Conn of Missoula, Montana; nephews, Phil and David Schilling and a niece, Kathy Duvall.  Her parents and a sister, Mary Ellen Schilling, preceded her in death.
